PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to go through processing before shipping.
SHIPPING POLICY: All products are handmade and do require 7-10 business days after you make your purchase to ship. We do strive to get your products to you as soon as possible. However 7-10 business days is the ideal amount of time for all product shipment.
All orders will receive confirmation and tracking via email. If for any reason you need a rush order on natural beauty products (2-5 days. Additional fee will apply). Please email us at kieras.collection@gmail.com to inquire.
Also, once items have shipped they are in the hands of USPS. All orders include insurance so if you suspect a package to be lost or stolen please contact USPS Customer Service with tracking number to investigate claim. KIERA'S COLLECTION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If something is damaged you will also need to file a claim with USPS. Also, please email us at kieras.collection@gmail.com with proof of product damages and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: All orders are final sale. There will be no refunds once your order is placed and/or shipped. However, our desire is to always provide excellent customer service and policy is subject to change on a case by case basis. If you do have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email kieras.collection@gmail.com or through the website contact page. Please subject the email as "STAT" to indicate to our team that the inquiry needs to be handled as soon as possible.

When purchasing our products, you accept responsibility that they are made with natural and organic ingredients, oils, flowers, salts, etc and can cause allergic reactions. It is the purchasers responsibility to check with a health care professional before usage with concerns. If you are susceptible to allergic reactions or do have sensitive skin, please check out the unscented products for use. All purchases come with ingredient list and directions for usage.
